What we do


We initially evaluate a client’s existing organisation to ensure that we are aware of the systems and procedures together with their effectiveness. Once this has been done we suggest planned necessary improvements to remedy any weaknesses that are discovered. This is done together with the client’s full involvement on a "hands-on” basis. This is then reviewed against actual performance at regular intervals to ensure that the improvements have been effective. Steps are taken to ensure that proper financial reporting and record keeping is in place to monitor performance & profitability.
We also help to organise business infrastructure and industry practises to ensure that correct procedures are followed covering all aspects of the business including Employment, Health and safety, Disputes and other areas of weakness.
We work with the ownership to Implement and improve effective Tax Planning measures and business growth strategies. The ultimate aim of increasing shareholder value and the marketability of the business as a goal, together with all available options is considered at regular intervals.
